Prenatal Side-Lying Massage:

Head to toe relaxation for Mom-to-be! Helps improve circulation and energy. Known for decreasing inflammation in painful joints and muscles. Intended for low-risk pregnancies after first trimester.  This massage is performed with the client in a side-lying position supported with pillows and cushions.
